Technical Training

Repair Training:

The Training Center of Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Ltd.(CQL for short) is equipped with world’s first-class training facilities. Various kinds of SEM machines and assembly parts manufactured by the company are available for the hands-on training. And there are also roll-over stands and special tools for the disassembly of all the assembly parts.

To provide customers the most reliable support, CQL lays great emphasis on providing repair training for the repair technicians of the company and the dealers. All the repair technicians must take the technical training organized by CQL, pass strict evaluation and gain the technical authentication on related products before beginning to provide repair services, which provides users peace of mind.

The company also provides product training for key customers and students of Weifang Engineering Vocational College which is jointly run by CQL.

At present, CQL will conduct training for 360~400 repair technicians each year for dealers from both home and abroad. CQL has set up strict evaluation system and explicit career development plan for the service technicians, which lays a solid foundation for the aftersales services of SEM products.
